Our application is uniquely crafted to enhance the reward redemption experience for cashiers at Enable.Tech’s partnered F&B branches.

This policy is effective from 01/02/2024 and will remain valid until superseded by an updated version.


Data Interaction, Not Collection

– The Enable Rewards Application facilitates a display of existing end-customer information, such as loyalty card data, sourced from Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our role is strictly limited to this display function, primarily to assist in transactions and to enhance the cashier-customer interaction during the benefits redemption process.

– To clarify, our application does not engage in the collection or storage of new personal data. We act solely as a conduit for existing data, ensuring a streamlined transactional process.

– We retain only the transaction data for redemption, as requested by brand cashiers. Depending on the customer’s relationship with the brand, we may also store their first and last names. This personal information is gathered offline by the brand cashiers through direct interactions with the customers.


Purpose of Data Display

– The data displayed through our application is exclusively used to identify customer profiles, aiding in the swift and accurate redemption of existing rewards.

– We ensure all data interactions are secure, compliant with our stringent data protection standards, and limited to what is necessary for completing the transaction at hand.


Data Sharing and Disclosure

– Personal data is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for operational purposes, including cloud services and digital wallet platforms. For instance, digital wallet platforms such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet receive updates from our app after each redemption to synchronize loyalty card information.

– We assure users that any data shared with these operational partners is governed by strict security protocols and privacy agreements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


Security Measures

– Our application employs advanced security measures, including robust encryption protocols and secure cloud practices, to safeguard data during its display and interaction.

– We have implemented an extensive security infrastructure designed to protect data integrity, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the safety of brand cashiers’ account information (Email and Passwords). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your own passwords. Compliance with Local and International Laws

– The Enable Rewards Application is in compliance with the data protection laws of Qatar and is committed to aligning with international data protection standards as our services expand globally.


No User Data Requests Applicable

– Our application does not store user or end-customer data, making requests for data access, correction, or deletion generally inapplicable.

– The exception to this is the potential addition of first and last names for new customers engaging with a brand’s loyalty program for the first time. In such cases, this data is stored minimally and protected with the same rigorous security measures as all other data interactions.

– We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications or email, ensuring transparency and ongoing awareness of our data practices.
